A family member, without my permission, has called this number apparently from an ad they saw online. I got a charge for £16 on my EE bill because of this. I found this site and submitted a support ticket with the numbers owner. They responded and sent me a full refund via TransferWise.

I got a charge on my EE bill for £22 for this number. I went to the link above and submitted the form. They responded 2 hours later and sent me a refund. My son admitted to calling this number from an advertisement he saw.

I saw this number on my February statement from BT. l did not remember calling it. I submitted a request on their site I found linked on here. They didn't ask me any questions just sent me a refund via a UK service called TransferWise. It was the full amount. I don't know what they do, but at least I got my money back!
